The author of "Harry Potter" J.K. Rowling has come under fire for some of her tweets that have been labeled "transphobic."
On Saturday (June 6), the author made some controversial comments about an opinion piece titled "Creating a more equitable post-COVID-19 world for menstruating people." Rowling shared the article on Twitter and gave her two pennies, which ultimately disappointed her fans.
"Menstruating people". I'm sure there used to be a word for those people. Somebody help me. Wumben? Wimpund? Woomud? she wrote.
