Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez, fit for the resumption of La Liga in Barcelona
Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez will be available for your team when Barcelona returns to La Liga action in Mallorca on Saturday night.
Messi has returned to full training after missing a few sessions last week with a thigh problem as league leaders prepare for their first game in three months.
Meanwhile, Suarez thought his season was over when he underwent surgery on his right knee in January, but Barça head coach Quique Setien confirmed that he would have Uruguay and Messi at his disposal.
He said at a press conference: "Fortunately, Messi, these types of players who have been playing for so many years, know how to control their fatigue."
"I am sure that if there is any risk, Messi will be the first to say that he needs to rest."
"Every day (Suarez) is in better shape and after five months it will be great for him to play a few minutes and try to find the best Suarez."
The League became the second-largest European league to resume behind closed doors on Thursday night amid the coronavirus pandemic, after the Bundesliga restarted last month.
Setien admitted some concern when he added: "All managers are concerned because we don't know exactly how everything will go in this first game."
"We can wait for it, but we don't know how we will respond to this new situation. If Barcelona will be the Barcelona we saw before the break, or if we will see a new Barcelona."
"Also, we don't know if we will face a different Mallorca or the same one."
Barça can extend their lead in the standings to five points on a day when Espanyol will play Alaves, Celta Vigo will welcome Villarreal and Leganés will host Real Valladolid.
Second-placed Real Madrid return to the Bernabéu on Sunday when they receive Eibar, Atlético de Madrid travel to Athletic Bilbao and Osasuna to Real Sociedad.
