June 5, 2020 is National Donut Day: 24 hours of love dedicated to sweets.

Originally started in 1938 by the Chicago Salvation Army to honor women who served donuts to  soldiers during World War I, National Donut Day has certainly become a favorite for Americans. Well who doesn't like free donuts?

The coffee and donut chain offers a free donut with any beverage purchase on June 5, 2020. But the fun doesn't end there: with GrubHub orders of $ 10 or more from June 6 to 7, 2020, customers can get half free - dozens of donuts.


For this year's Donut Party donut, Dunkin 'is giving fans a chance to create their own Donut Party slogans, answering the question "What does The Donut Party mean to you?" The prize is free donuts for one year.

The competition ends on June 5, 2020: Anyone who shares their original Donut Party motto on Instagram with #DunkinDonutPartySweepstakes will have a shot at winning one of six awards.



According to the cafeteria, the vast majority of Dunkin 'restaurants across the country remain open and have implemented improved preventive health and safety measures. In an ongoing effort to help keep its restaurant guests and employees safe, Dunkin 'is currently limiting sidewalk transportation, delivery, delivery and pickup at select locations.
